Every Ergohome gets electric windows, easy to use controls let the occupier open each window incrementally to 25cm (10”) and close again with a single press. These high quality composite windows come direct from the Velfac factory with internal mounted motor/gearbox and wall affixed WindowMaster controls. These professional and robust units are maintenance free. The windows are top-swing reversible and allow for easy and safe cleaning of the external glass from inside the building.

Stylish, Quiet and Intelligent Ventilation

The windows can be programmed to ventilate according to internal temperature and air quality, also to close for security purposes as people leave the home. The windows serve each end of the home to ensure even and accessible fresh air.

Assisted living application

The remote control keypad can easily be routed to chair-bound or bed-bound occupiers. This person-centred enablement gives great assistance and sense of control for people who often feel “trapped” in their own home.
